Hevin is a company that has successfully integrated all stages of production within its own structure in order to maintain these high standards across every product. All designs are created in its R&D department, fabrics are sewn in its own workshop, sizing is done on in-house machinery, and both metal and wooden frames are crafted internally.

Panel furniture components are prepared in-house and painted in a fully automated, high-tech painting line within a dust-free and controlled environment. Non-panel wooden parts are painted in a specialized spray booth equipped with a waterfall-type air purification system. Even the packaging materials—such as boxes and bubble-cardboard hybrid wraps—are purchased in raw form (rolls or sheets) and processed within the facility.
